ABL HOMESTEAD was founded in Casablanca in 2024 by Imad Abail, a Moroccan entrepreneur convinced that the country's land, water and culture of hospitality are assets worth building on — with patience, discipline and an eye on the world.

The name says it all. A homestead is the family estate: the land you cultivate, the house you protect and the base from which everything grows. It is the spirit of the group — a solid Moroccan home from which new businesses take root and reach new markets.

From that starting point, ABL HOMESTEAD has grown in just two years into a diversified holding spanning agriculture, water solutions, hospitality and international trade.

    ABL HOMESTEAD SARLAU is incorporated in Casablanca by founder Imad Abail, with a clear ambition: to build a Moroccan group around the land and its value.

    Building the divisions

    The group structures its four areas of activity — agriculture, water and irrigation, hospitality and international trade — and makes a minority equity investment in AZURA in Souss-Massa.
